I know, I know, Bear Flag Farm is out in California, why is it making a debut here? The reason is that it should be something we are pushing for locally in the Midwest. Seasonal food literally coming from the venue of a reception, low environmental impact and lots of personality. I give two huge green thumbs up to these folks.
And an aside, the folks who did the production on the video, Lorimer Works, are top of the line in the industry, so here is a little shout out to them.
